Questions or problems? Email hello@hisobriety.app and we’ll get back to you, usually within two working days.

I bought a pack but it isn’t unlocked

Open the You tab and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it.

What’s free and what’s in the packs?

The timer, your savings stats and the first three health milestones are free. The 30-Day, 100-Day and 365-Day Packs unlock the daily course and every health milestone. If you start with 30 or 100 days, you can upgrade later. Longer initial commitments are always cheaper. Each is a one-off purchase, not a subscription.

I had a drink. What happens to my course?

Tap Had a drink? Reset your date on the Today tab. Your longest stretch and history are kept, and your course follows your new start date. Anything you’ve bought stays unlocked.

Do I need an account?

No. Hi Sobriety has no accounts. Everything you enter stays on your phone and in its own iCloud or Google backup. On a new phone, restore your phone’s backup, or enter your start date again and tap Restore purchases.

How do I turn on daily reminders?

Open the You tab and turn on Daily reminder, then pick a time. Reminders are optional and you can turn them off any time.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play’s refund help.

How do I delete my data?

Open the You tab and tap Erase everything and start again, or delete the app. We don’t hold any of your app data.
